INSTRUCTION FOR USE:

Grab Brooke Whitney Beauty #15 Brow Angle Brush, and starting in the arch of the brow, use light, feathering strokes to create hair like lines going in the direction of hair growth. Remember: darkest at the arch, and fading as you fill in the tail and the beginning of the brow. NEVER FORGET: Your eyebrows are sisters, not twins ;-)
