Touch brush to Blusher to grab a small amount of color. Pop the apples of the cheeks first, then go up the cheek bone to achieve the look you're hoping for. Pro Tip: Cheek color should go on top of cheek bone, not in hollow of the cheeks, for a more youthful look.
